The Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia is a prestigious institution dedicated to supporting scientific research and innovation in Serbia. Our task was to develop a comprehensive communication strategy and update visual branding to promote Science Fund’s initiatives for various stakeholders, including researchers, policymakers, and the general public.

Visual identity - Rebranding

We updated a distinctive brand identity for the Fund that captured its mission, values, and impact. This included re-designing a captivating logo, selecting a color palette that evoked a sense of scientific curiosity, and crafting a compelling tagline that resonated with the target audience.

Communication repositioning

The Science Fund’s main objective was to effectively communicate its objectives and to raise awareness and transparency in the selection processes to the scientific community. 

To begin, we conducted extensive research to gain insights into Science Fund’s target audience and their preferences. We analyzed the existing communication channels employed by the Fund and explored successful case studies from other scientific organizations. Through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, we identified key challenges, expectations, and knowledge gaps among the target audience.

Based on our research findings, we developed a comprehensive communication strategy centered around the Science Fund’s website and communication materials.To engage the target audience, we developed a content strategy that balanced scientific rigor with accessible language.
